From the lawyers: DBSI is looking to extract as much as it can out of the TICs.
They will likely look for waivers (for nonpayment of prior rent, etc) as well as a cash payment.
In our case (and 52 others who were part of a prepetition finding), the cash they will look to extort will be low--not the $40,000 they have asked for.
The lawyers look for this to be over before Christmas.
