Ballot to Terminate Master Lease

This is the ballot to terminate with DBSI and to have the rents sent to our (temporary) asset manager who will send the money to us directly. As you know DBSI is going bankrupt within days so time is of the essence. We need at least a 51% vote. Please scan & email or fax the completed signed ballot directly to TIC Capital.
