DBSI rejects our building

DBSI petitioned the court to be released from buildings that were in distress or impaired. Distressed buildings have too little cash flow to pay the rent. Impaired buildings are either 1) financially compromised or 2) are financially okay but have a restraining order in place against them, i.e. us.

So it looks like we are getting out from under. I put in a call to the lawyers to get further clarification.
