Guys, it has been about three weeks now since we were made aware of this problem. This blog has been good in allowing us to brainstorm and exchange ideas. However, there comes a time when we must act and I believe that time has come. DBSI is obviously withholding the financials from us, stalling to give us answers, and stalling to pay us. Time is on their side, not ours. I believe it will be beneficial for us to put a plan in action this week. And I think that should start with an attorney. Geof, how about a conference call tomorrow night to get things set up?
