CB Richard Ellis is a national real estate firm that manages Weston Parkway. I spoke to them and learned the following:
1) the building is 91% leased; Nextel which has 52,000 square feet is about to re-up beyond 2010. The property is in"great shape."
2) Since last week DBSI contact no longer returns calls
3) CB Richard Ellis would be happy to deal directly with us and continue managing and marketing the property for us.
