Need to Create new LLC
Geoffery, we will need to create a new LLC to divert all cash flow to, which normally went to Leaseco. The fee for creating a new north carolina LLC is modest ( ~$200 ). I can file for creation of this LLC with a proposed name of "Owners Of 14001 Weston Parkway LLC". This LLC will be responsible for the accounting - mortgage payments, owner payments, expenses, etc..
