geoffrey, i am thinking that we don't want to wait for November, because I have a feeling that DBSI will not make the mortgage payment, declare bankruptcy and have protection, putting our property into foreclosure. I will cancel the appt for monday, and wait to hear from you. if you are involved with another DBSI property, maybe you can query those people as well.

does cb richard ellis, the mgmt co., make the mortgage payment or does Leaseco make it? i suspect leaseco does.
