Revell, I think it is good that you are meeting with an attorney on Monday. I am thinking that our first step would be for the attorney to write a letter to DBSI and request a quick response. See if he agrees with that. That in itself should not cost us much. Maybe after you talk with him, we should have a conference call with whom ever we can get to discuss a plan of action, retainer for attorney, etc. From what I am reading it sound like we need to start taking action. And by the very action of DBSI withholding the financials on the Weston Parkway property means thay have got something to hide. Thanks Geof and Revell for all that you are doing. Tom
