Tom, Makes best business sense to retain CB Richard Ellis, as they are managing the building in a style that makes it a successful investment. We have a wonderful commercial investment, which has been managed in a businesslike manner. Consistency is important in assuring that we retain current tenants. The only problem I see is with DBSI involvement. Their recent tactics have been deplorable.
