I found an attorney here in Charlotte that I will meet with monday. Please send him and invite into the blog for 14001 Weston Pkway. He will take alook at the blog. He has experience working commercial real estate litigation and TICs. He will need us ( you or myself ) to have authority to speak for the rest of the owners with regards to fees and such. Do we have that authority?
