Wells Fargo

I called Wells Fargo. They are perfectly agreeable to a change in property manager/master lessee. They said we routinely allow changes if the owners are not happy with the property manager. They said they have hundreds of mortgages of buildings in which CB Richard Ellis (DBSI subcontracts property management of Weston Parkway to them) is the property manager. Wells Fargo is willing to put this promise in writing if need be.
